Provider and scope
RisanPage is a self-service web application operated by HALF ASSED MOTORSPORTS LLC. This policy applies to the public website and authenticated RisanPage workspace.
Customers use RisanPage to manage Facebook Pages they own or are authorized to administer. Meta Platforms, Inc. separately controls its products and processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Information we collect
Account information
We collect the name, email address, password credential, profile image, role, and account activity needed to create and secure a RisanPage account.
Facebook authorization and Page information
When a customer connects Facebook, we receive authorization credentials, granted permissions, Facebook account identity, Page identity, Page category, connection status, and the list of Pages the customer is authorized to access.
Publishing and comment information
We process content, captions, media references, schedules, remote post identifiers, comment text, comment identifiers, and workflow results created or selected by the customer.
Insights and operational information
We process Page and content performance metrics, webhook events, error responses, queue status, and application logs required to display results and maintain the service.
How we use information
We use information only to authenticate customers, display authorized Pages, publish requested content, manage requested comments, present insights, monitor workflow health, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.
RisanPage does not sell Facebook Platform Data and does not use it to create advertising profiles. Platform Data is used only to provide features requested by the customer for authorized Pages.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and workspace information while the account is active and as needed to provide the service. Operational records may be retained for security, troubleshooting, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Disconnecting Facebook clears active authorization credentials but does not automatically remove schedules, historical workflow records, or the RisanPage account. Full deletion can be requested under our Data Deletion Instructions.
Customer choices and controls
Customers can choose which Facebook account to connect, control Page visibility, disable optional automations, disconnect Facebook, or request full deletion. Customers may also revoke RisanPage access through their Facebook settings.
To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact us from the email address associated with the RisanPage account.
Security
We use administrative and technical controls intended to restrict access, protect credentials, and monitor application operations. No system can guarantee absolute security, and customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials.
International processing
RisanPage may process information in the United States or other locations used by its infrastructure providers. By using the service, customers understand that information may be transferred across jurisdictions.
Children
RisanPage is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the service.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when the service, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
